Packaging Process

The entire packaging operation moves the finished product through distinct stages to become a protected, labeled, and shippable unit, focusing on product integrity and logistical readiness. Primary Packaging is the starting point, where the product is placed directly into its immediate container—such as a bag, bottle, or pouch. This stage concentrates on preservation and accurate filling using volumetric or weight-based fillers, immediately followed by secure sealing. Secondary Packaging involves grouping multiple primary units together. This could mean placing several smaller units into a display box or applying a shrink wrap to a bundle. The purpose here is focused on branding, consumer information, and providing structural protection for the grouped items.
